The Flamingo by the Pond was a great party venue at the top of Watford High Street.

Unfortunately it's not there anymore, but I did get to create some posters for their themed nights, including 'Passion' which was a big night with big DJs.

​

The Passion logo was designed in photoshop, adding flourishes to plain text to begin with. Then using layer blending, embossing and styles to create a pretty in pink vivid logo that's worthy of a night of funky DJs.

The Flamingo's Unplugged nights were awesome, showcasing some amazing talents.

Taking inspiration from country, reggae and blues I created a duotone double exposed guitar image.
